Sheepdog Fellowship
TWICE MONTHLY: MONDAYS AT 0900 IN THE FELLOWSHIP HALL
NEW SEASON BEGINS AUG 24, 2026!  Sheepdog Fellowship is for veterans, LEOs, and first responders. We endeavor to directly apply Christ and Christian principles to healing, works of service, and camaraderie. We accomplish this through prayer, the study of God’s word, and the testimonies of our members. Always acknowledging Christ as the source of our service and faithful commitment to others, Sheepdog Fellowship is shepherded by Pastor of Caring Ministries Mark Degner. Contact the church office for info: 928.445.4348.

IGNITE Discipleship Groups
Open to all, regardless of where you may be in your own personal spiritual journey. The mission statement is “to apprentice to Jesus, learning all He has to teach and to emulate Him in our daily life – thus fulfilling the Great Commission.” The Ignite program is based mostly on “Storying.” A member of the group tells a portion of the Bible in his or her own words while the small group reads along. Then the story is discussed to draw out the important truths in the story. Since the Bible is the inspired Word of God, it is powerful and effective.
Contact the church office for days, times and locations: 928.445.4348.

IGNITE RESOURCES
Medical Emergency Response Team
Caring for One Another When It Matters Most

ALC is establishing a volunteer Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT) to help provide a calm, organized and compassionate response when a medical emergency occurs during worship or other church activities. MERT will include both healthcare professionals and lay members of our congregation who are willing to be trained. Volunteers do not need a medical background.

Training, including CPR/AED certification and church-specific emergency response procedures, is available Sunday, September 27 from 1-5 PM in the Fellowship Hall. Contact Mary Bennett through the church office to sign up, or for more information on MERT.
