WOW is an interdenominational Fellowship in Christ – a spirit-lifting, faith-renewing, life-inspiring program for women of all ages and backgrounds. WOW at ALC has been “Growing Women in Christ…for 26 years.” 

8-week sessions held 3 times a year include fellowship and Bible study.

CONNECTED MOTHERHOOD WINTER/SPRING 2026 SESSION DATES: Jan 22, Feb 5 & 19, Mar 5 & 19, April 2, 16 & 30, and May 14

Connected Motherhood is a Christ-centered ministry for mothers who have children age newborn through the teen years. We meet twice a month, Thursday mornings from 9:00-11:15 AM during the school year. We'll eat breakfast and fellowship with one another before diving into a variety of topics on motherhood, faith, and beyond. Speakers, videos, activities, crafts, service project and more! Throughout the year we host Moms Night Out events and playdates.

Wherever you are in your walk in faith, we encourage you to check out our group as we walk together and connect with one another through the ups and downs of motherhood. Cost is $40 per semester, with financial assistance available for families in need. Childcare is provided!

The quilters sew quilt tops at their homes and meet on Tuesdays to finish the quilts to donate to various organizations in the Prescott area for the people they serve. Contact Lola Dyroy through the church office for more information.

Shawls whether knitted, crocheted, woven, or quilted are started with prayers of intentionality so that every stitch is a prayer. Prayer Shawls are distributed by pastors and Care Partners to people of all ages in need of comfort, solace blessings and celebration of joyful occasions.
